BRANDING & IDENTITY
Matt Hayward, MusicBrief's CEO & Founder, commissioned me to redesign the company's existing icon and logotype to stand out from the rest of the market. Matt put emphasis on needing the logotype to be highly legible, flowing in design and a mix of a high end script with an approachable feel. I customised two versions, one that flows into the company's icon and a second that stands alone as an alternate for promotional use.
Cam Jones, aka The Running Cam, runs marathons all over the world to fundraise money towards Dementia research. Cam approached me to commission a visual identity that captures his mission and works well for use on merchandise.
I aimed to create a logo with plenty of movement and rhythm within the lettering to make reference to running, whilst also being friendly, easily recognised and memorable.

Macquarie University's 'Campus Life' department define their values as C.A.R.E.S — Courage, Agility, Rigour, Empowerment and Support. They commissioned a custom lettering artwork for design collateral and merchandise to reflect these values to their staff and students. I opted to infuse the meaning of each value into each individual letter for a strong, clear message that considers scalability, legibility and versatility. The university colour palette was applied across the artwork to be instantly recognisable as the Macquarie brand.
