'How long will shipping take?'
'How will my item be shipped?'
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. I cannot guarantee shipping timeframes and delivery dates. I just do my best!
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Australia: 3-5 business days — once the shipping notification has been received.
UK: 8 business days — once shipping notification has been received.
USA: 10-14 business days — once shipping notification has been received.
EU: 10 business days — once shipping notification has been received.
- A5 and A4 prints are packaged in a clear cellophane sleeve and mailed in a sturdy flat cardboard mailer to prevent bending.
- Pins are attached to a sturdy card, packaged in a clear cellophane sleeve and mailed in a sturdy flat cardboard mailer to keep them safe.
- Stickers (ordered alone) are mailed in a taped envelope to ensure no water damage.
- Lettering Kits are sent in a flat sturdy cardboard mailer to prevent bending and water damage.
- Any paper based products larger than A4 are rolled and sent in a postal tube to arrive as safely as possible.
'Do you ship worldwide?'

Yes! I ship everywhere.
Please note sometimes packages get held up in Customs (for seemingly no reason) and transit times can vary wildly. I am not responsible for any additional customs tariffs or charges that your country may impose on your package and no, I cannot estimate what or how much they may be. Sorry!
'How fast will my item be shipped?'
'I need my order fast! Can you do that?'
I process all orders within 1-3 business days, unless I've stated that the product is available for pre-order only and will ship on a designated date. Items available for pre-order will always state the estimated shipping date clearly.
If you need your item extra fast, please be sure to pay for Express shipping at checkout. For everything to go as smoothly as possible, please contact me through my site or my email to let me know you need your order sent ASAP and I'll do my best.
'Can I track my order?'
The short answer is, no. Adding tracking numbers attracts (an expensive) extra charge. For this reason, I do not offer tracking numbers at this time. If you don't see an option that suits you, please message me and we can arrange something!
'How do I know when my order is sent?'
'How do I get a receipt?'
At the time of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation will have your order number and the items in the order as well as the payment total. It is essentially your receipt!
Once I have packaged your order and sent it in the post, you'll receive a second email to confirm your order is on it's way!
Estimated shipping time should be calculated from the time that you receive the second email.

Refunds and exchanges will be made on a case by case basis. All Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me with your order number within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work together to find a solution.
'Can I add a note to my order?'

I offer complimentary hand lettered gift messages with purchase, limited to 3 words.
E.g. ‘Happy Birthday Lisa’ or ‘With Love, Amy’. Just let me know!
At this time, I do not gift wrap orders, sorry!
'How do I look after my item?'
PRINTS: Prints are unframed and lightly signed on the front or back. For the best care, I recommend framing your print behind UV protective glass and keeping it out of direct sunlight to avoid fading over time.
PINS: I sell pins with attached secure rubber clutches, which as a pin wearer myself, I find to be the best method of wearing pins. (When you want to switch between jackets/bags and don't want to permanently attach the pin!) Secure your pin to the lapel, pocket flap or jacket breast for the best placement. Watch out for the 'bag straps zone' that can sometimes pull pins out from rubbing on them.
'How can I pay in your shop?'
The Type In The Wild shop currently accepts payment via Credit Cards (Visa and Master Card) and Paypal.

'What do you do with my information?'
Your information is private and stays between you and me.
